All the info you need for the end of the season

City Championship – Saturday May 19^th at the Buggy Wheel.  All teams who earned a full sponsorship for Vegas must play in the City Championship.  $50 entry per team.  Your players in the Championship should be as close to your Vegas roster as possible.  This will be an all-day event, so plan accordingly.  Any other VNEA team is welcome to participate as well.

The blind draw for the City Championship was done at VFW 4903 on the night of the singles qualifier.  Here are the starting times:

11:00 AM - Ringers Vs. 8 Balls and a Rack

11:00 AM - Chariot Predators Vs. Strikeforce

1:00 PM - L-Dog Runners Vs. Stickmen

1:00 PM - Pocket's Vs. Cue Crushers

The last match is scheduled for 12:30 (unless the losers bracket wins, in which case another match may need to be played.

This is going to be an all-day event, so try to show up early to your matches in case the previous match ends quickly.

Singles Qualifiers for Banquet – As in previous years, we will be running qualifiers for the banquet.  They will all start at 7:30.  We will run 8 man tournaments will the top 2 qualifying.  We will continue to run the tournaments as long as there are at least 4 players (top 1 qualifying).  All the tournaments are $5 entry, except for the day-of-banquet qualifier, which is $10.  You may enter in any and/or all as many times as you like till qualified.

Tues May 8^th – Diablos

Wed May 9^th – Branding Iron

Tues May 15^th – VFW 4903

Wed May 16^th – Chariot’s Pizza

Fri June 8^th – Buggy Wheel

Sat June 9^th – Wooden Nickel (this is a day-of banquet qualifier.  Entry fee for this qualifier is $10.  This qualifier will start at 10:00 AM.  This is a 16 man qualifier with the top 4 qualifying.  16 players max so show up early)

Banquet – Wooden Nickel – June 9th

10:00 AM – Last singles qualifier

11:00 AM – Singles Tournament

1:00 PM – 3:30 – All Tuesday divisions payouts, awards and food

3:30 PM – 6:00 – All Wednesday divisions payouts, awards and food

Pre-season Captains Meeting – June 12^th – 7:30 PM – Midtown Bar & Grill

Make sure to make this meeting.  This is where you get your score sheets and envelopes.  The teams that show up get the extra 2 round points.

New Season:

The new season begins June 19^th and 20^th.

Any outstanding rematches need to be taken care of.

Any team over $100 short on their fees need to catch them up.  We still have a lot of sanction fees that need to be paid.  Please be responsible and catch up on your fees.
